Licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, with 24-hour staffing. We currently accept AHCCCS American Indian Health Program (AIHP) fee-for-service and are in the process of credentialing with other AHCCCS health plans.

Adult men and women who need 24-hour structured behavioral health support, including people who are medically stable after detox or who need more support than sober living can give.

A partnered couple can be placed together and share a room.
